Pink Princess Emma!

Emma is only three, but she had to undergo major surgery in order to fight Medullary Thyroid Cancer and was very ill for a while. Make-A-Wish arranged for her to be a princess for the day in her very own castle.

Emma and her family had Ripley Castle in Harrogate to themselves for the day as they all enjoyed Emma running around a real castle in a tiara and a beautiful pink dress doing her very own treasure hunt.

It was a chance for all of them to smile and laugh and see their daughter having a day she won’t forget for a long time. Therapy for the whole family.

Hundreds of children will turn to Make-A-Wish this year to have their special wish granted.
