Rachel meets Trinny and Susannah!

16 year old Rachel, from Kilkeel in County Down, had recently had a liver transplant when she got to go shopping with the UK’s leading fashion stylists, Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine, in London’s Selfridges.

She started her special day with an expert make up makeover and then Trinny and Susannah helped her to choose a stunning new outfit from Selfridge’s wide range of fashion wear before she enjoyed her own photoshoot in her new outfit.

Hundreds of children will turn to Make-A-Wish this year to have their special wish granted.
